The End-Of Course Assessment is a computer-based test, but special needs students can opt for a print version. The EOC Exams are specifically designed to assess subject matter proficiency of the students as outlined in the course descriptions.

The assessments measure the Florida Standards (FS) or the Next Generation Sunshine State Standards (NGSSS) for specific courses being tested; FS covering Algebra 1 and Geometry, while the NGSSS covers Biology, Civics, and US History.

A computer-based practice test session is required beforehand to take the EOC proper. The official EOC assessment is split into two days, with 90-minute sessions for each course. Students can work up to half the length of a typical school day per day if they have not finished. Scrap paper is provided for all courses, while a scientific calculator is provided for the Algebra and Geometry courses.

You may not have help from anyone or peek at any other’s answers. The FSA Secure Browser will prevent you from exiting the browser until the test is completed while providing the tools for you to complete the test efficiently within itself.
